INTRODUCING THE ELIOS 3 SURVEYING PAYLOAD FROM FLYABILITY
Safely create centimetre-accurate scans of hard-to-reach areas with the Elios 3 Surveying Payload, the next revolution in 3D data capture. Flyability’s Surveying Payload turns the Elios 3 into a flying mobile scanner that can fit through openings as small as 50 by 50 centimetres, and create high-resolution scans beyond the line of sight, allowing industry professionals to provide rapid insights that are not accessible with traditional tools or other UAV technologies.
You can effortlessly create comprehensive visual representations of challenging indoor spaces, allowing for precise mapping and analysis. With a range of 100 metres, a point density of 1,310,720 pt/sec, and a capacity to cover a 300-metre tunnel (close loop) in a single flight, the Elios 3 Surveying Payload can turn days of mapping into a 10-minute job.
AI AND ESG INNOVATIONS HEADLINE MICROMINE’S 2024 RELEASE
Micromine has revealed its highly anticipated 2024 release, which introduces new features and enhancements across the company’s entire product suite, further underscoring its mission to deliver state-of-the-art technology to reshape the industry.
Powered by the company’s cloud-native data sharing and collaboration tool, Micromine Nexus, the 2024 release introduced two significant features: Micromine Origin Copilot and Micromine Geobank Panorama, enhancing the company’s exploration solutions.

Micromine Geobank’s Panorama feature also benefits from AI and cloud-computing assistance. It can automate the labour-intensive task of creating a seamless down-hole image from drill core imagery.
DORAN YARDCHECK 360 MONITORS OFFROAD EQUIPMENT EVEN WHEN IT IS SHUT DOWN
Doran YardCheck 360 helps off road fleets rein in tire related costs and stop problems before they can impact production with continuous monitoring of tire pressure and temperatures, even if the equipment is powered off. If a monitored tire inside YardCheck 360’s wireless coverage zone has low pressure, a rapid deflation event, or high temperature, fleet managers are notified. This data helps to prevent equipment downtime and reduce operating costs through scheduling repairs and corrections.
A YardCheck 360 Gate reader creates a wireless coverage zone at a facility. Inside this zone, external, valve stem mounted sensors pass tire pressure and temperature data to a rechargeable battery-powered transceiver on each asset. This data is received by the YardCheck 360 Gate Reader and is automatically uploaded to the cloud every 15 minutes for equipment that is powered on and once per day for equipment that is powered off. Current and historical tire pressure and temperature data are visible online and alerts can be set up to be sent out to pre-defined users to correct tire issues faster.
FLEETWATCHER ADDS UNAUTHORIZED / UNTRAINED USERS FUNCTIONALITY
FleetWatcher introduces Unauthorized Users – a new functionality that alerts supervisors when untrained / unauthorized personnel operate equipment. This new tool alerts appropriate personnel when an on-road or off-road asset is being operated / driven by a person who is not specifically authorized for that type of equipment. Immediately alerting when untrained personnel are attempting to operate equipment enhances safety and productivity while limiting risk.
FleetWatcher is versatile enough to cover any assets within the fleet, and all personnel. For example, if John Smith does not have a CDL and Medical Report on file he is not permitted to operate any heavy on-road equipment. When he starts equipment within this class, he receives a warning, simultaneously their supervisor receives an alert. The functionality can also alert when a driver / operator is assigned to project-assigned equipment that they are not authorized for.

CATERPILLAR VALIDATES RAJANT WIRELESS SOLUTION WITH CAT® MINESTAR™ COMMAND FOR HAULING
After extensive testing, Caterpillar Inc. has completed the in-house validation of Rajant BreadCrumbs®, LX5 CA radios, which will enable field trials with this Rajant product and Cat® MineStar™ Command for hauling.
