Unicast launches the next generation UniBall™ 3-Way Check Valve

Unicast proudly introduces the UniBall™, a next generation three-way check converging ball valve built for slurry transport in mining. Designed for easy inline maintenance, it features two large access doors and removable seats and ball – saving time and cutting downtime costs.
Servicing is swift yet safe with only a single wrench required. All wear components are easily accessed and replaced without removing
the valve from the line.
The body is cast in one piece from Unicast’s proprietary D1 ductile iron alloy and fully rubber-lined for superior abrasion and corrosion resistance. For special applications, rubber coatings can be customized to meet specific wear challenges. Optional ceramic inlays and embedded wear indicators alert operators when relining is required, eliminating guesswork and extending service life.
